Professional Coaching + Assessments and Certifications for Emerging Leaders

ATI is a public-service non-profit leader in building and managing collaborations that conduct research and develop new technologies to solve the country’s most pressing challenges. At the height of the pandemic, ATI recognized the need to provide the organization’s emerging leaders with customized professional coaching, resources, and tools.

To support ATI’s leadership development goals, we utilized the Everything DiSC® methodology combined with The Align Method to provide emerging leaders with one-on-one professional coaching.

We deployed Emotional Intelligence (EQ) assessments to heighten self-awareness and self-regulation around natural tendencies and to increase empathy and social skills when collaborating with team members. We guided emerging leaders in understanding their current leadership style, setting new goals, and acquiring new skills. We taught them to read a situation’s emotional and interpersonal needs and respond accordingly.

We worked with individuals on communication, people reading, and productive conflict skills to empower them with effective delegation and management practices. Finally, we emphasized the role of positive influence and motivation in leading others and the importance of prioritizing professional development and building a coaching culture.
